MGKVP Admit Card 2026: Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth has issued admit cards for students appearing in the BA and BSC first semester examinations for the academic session 2025–26 in Varanasi and Chandauli districts. The examinations are scheduled to begin on March 11, 2026.The university administration stated that admit cards are being released keeping the interests of students in view as the examination date approaches. The decision was taken even though some affiliated colleges are currently experiencing difficulty in depositing the first semester examination fees through the Samarth portal.Technical issues affect fee submission through Samarth portalThe first semester examination fees of colleges located in Varanasi and Chandauli districts affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth are being deposited through the Samarth portal. However, certain institutions have reported technical problems while attempting to complete the payment process.University authorities stated that the matter is being coordinated with the Samarth portal administration. The facility for depositing the examination fees is expected to be made available again soon after the technical issues are resolved. Once the system is restored, the concerned colleges will complete the fee submission process through the portal.Despite the difficulties, the university proceeded with the release of admit cards since the undergraduate first semester examinations are scheduled to start from March 11, 2026.Examination centres changed for two collegesThe university has also issued an office order announcing a change in examination centres for two colleges affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth in Chandauli district. The changes have been implemented with immediate effect for the BA and BSC first semester examinations of the academic session 2025–26.Students of Shri Sadguru Bholanand Women’s College, Kamalpur, Chandauli (College Code: 250) were earlier assigned Shaheed Captain Vijay Pratap Singh College, Awajapur, Sakaldiha, Chandauli (College Code: 226) as their examination centre. According to the revised arrangement, their examination centre will now be Shri Sadguru Bholanand Women’s College, Kamalpur, Chandauli.Similarly, Rajendra Prasad Tripathi College, Kamalpur, Chandauli (Boys Only) (College Code: 230) had Ganji Prasad College, Dihwa, Mughalsarai, Chandauli (College Code: 232) as the previously determined examination centre. The centre has now been changed to Lal Bahadur Shastri P.G. College, Pt. D. 50 Upa Nagar, Chandauli (College Code: 205).Nodal centres designated for examinationsThe university administration has also designated nodal centres responsible for supervising examination arrangements. Shaheed Hira Singh Government College, Dhanapur, Chandauli (College Code: 203) will function as the nodal centre for Shri Sadguru Bholanand Women’s College.Lal Bahadur Shastri P.G. College, Pt. D. 50 Upa Nagar, Chandauli (College Code: 205) has been designated as the nodal centre for Rajendra Prasad Tripathi College. The office order regarding these changes was issued by Controller of Examinations Deepti Mishra.
